DRAGON PISTON PUMPS SERIES WITH VARIABLE DELIVERY AND HYDRAULIC CONTROL

Description

When we conceived of the Dragon pumps series we did so based on two concepts: flexibility of use and structural strength. In order to achieve these results the pumps had to be equipped with a proportional hydraulic pump, capable of constant power adjustment and therefore adaptable to the actual pressure requirements of the Filter press. This means greater efficiency and the correct power in the operating phase, with excellent results in terms of energy saving and reliability compared to traditional pumps. Furthermore, the hydraulic control double acting piston, around which the Dragon pumps series are built, was designed paying particular attention to its use in supplying plate filter presses and for transporting public and industrial sludge with the possibility of operating in temperatures from -10 to 40°C. The attention given to performance has not hindered us from also concentrating on other aspect, often left out, such as having adopted particular constructive solutions which allow us to obtain a simple and smooth operation in maintenance, strength and final price appropriate to the performances.

D-PLUS DIAPHRAGM PISTON PUMPS SERIES WITH VARIABLE DELIVERY AND HYDRAULIC CONTROL

This kind of pumps is very useful when we need to transfer liquids with high concentration of abrasive solid and hard filtration and drainability. To ensure a perfect diagnostic system, there are warning drain in case of diaphragm breaking.
